A great experience for my mom
My 83 year old mom had some serious leaks in a 25 year old rubber roof on her sunroom. With a week of storms approaching she was very anxious about potential damage in her home. The Cochran team was at her house immediately to inspect the roof and explained to her in very simple terms what the solution was for it. They had a repair crew there the next day and did a fantastic job of removing the bad rubber roof, repairing the flashing, putting on new shake siding above it, adding a beautiful new rubber roof and finishing the job by replacing worn out shingles around the rubber roof with new shingles that matched the existing roof perfectly. And they were finished in less than a day. It rained hard the next two days and not a speck of water inside. My mom is thrilled and her experience with Cochran was outstanding. I would recommend Cochran to any home owner who wants a quality contractor you can trust.
