Great experience working with Cochran Exteriors. From the start they treated my small repair like a top-dollar account. I had a piece of siding repeatedly coming off of the peak of my 2 story house. I had it repaired last year by another company, but it came off again as soon as the weather hit this winter. Andrew Stout and Steve Hubbard not only fixed the missing piece, but also investigated why it kept coming off in the first place. This is something the previous company didn't do. I'm glad I reached out to Cochran to do this job. Other companies wouldn't even bother with such a small repair. One company even told me they had a $900 minimum. I feel like Cochran really wants to build a reputation as a company that helps people solve issues with their home exteriors no matter the situation. They know that the small jobs often lead to loyal customers and recommendations given by word of mouth. I'll definitely keep this company in mind when anything home exterior related comes up.

Cochran Exteriors has completed two projects for me in the past 5 yers and each has been an amazing experience. The PM assigned to me Anderew S went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The workers who showed up were amazing as well, they kept the mess down and were very pleseant to work with. They were completed with the project much faster than I expected and I couldn't reccomend them enough.

I've had to use Cochran for two different projects now, the replacement of the siding due to wind damage, and the replacement of the roof of my house. I worked with Michael Godbolt both times who was super friendly, professional, and overall great. I highly recommend asking for Michael if you use Cochran because he will make your life so much easier and I promise you're in great hands with him. The workers on the job are also extremely efficient and friendly.

I can’t say enough about the experience I have received from Cochran Exteriors. Leaking roof, insurance involved, not even wanting to address the issue at hand. Thank You Ryan Miller for giving us Beshoy Bahr. Beshoy address the 2nd inspection and wasn’t going to let anything get past him. And he didn’t. Was Very professional, courteous and respectful. Any further improvement/damages to my homes, I will be looking to Cochran Exteriors
