Excellent customer service with Todd. We had our old vinyl siding replaced with insulated siding and moisture guard. Todd was very helpful in comunicating our product choices, finance options, and expected delivery of services. The installation crew was very professional in their work and cleaned up the area perfectly. I would highly recommend Cochran Exteriors to anyone in our neighborhood who also might be looking to replace their old siding.

I recently had a new roof put on my home. I was extremely happy with Cochran Exteriors and the associate that worked with me. I did not realize that my roof had experienced hail damage from a recent storm. Todd Short worked diligently with me, explaining what I needed to do in order to fix the damage. He also was very knowledgeable in dealing with my insurance company and how to file a claim. Todd made the process extremely easy. I was extremely happy with my associate and with Cochran that they also replaced my parents roof, as they also experienced hail damage. I know that he went above and beyond with them because they also had damage to some screens. I know that they were happy as well. I would highly recommend Todd and Cochran Exteriors.

I was referred to Cochran by a neighbor for a roof replacement. I had already been in contact with other companies but from the start Cochran made the experience so much easier. I highly recommend Ralph for those interested in learning more. Since this was our first home exterior repair Ralph helped educate us on the process, walk through all of our options in detail, kept us up to date proactively throughout the process, and even walked our yard after the roof replacement to ensure he caught any remaining bits and pieces. I will definitely use Cochran again.

So, first of all, let me just say that I have never been in contact with a better company and team than Cochran Exteriors and Construction Specialist Jaxon McKinley. I would like to preface this by saying that I am NOT YET a customer, but I soon will be. My experience started when Jaxon knocked on our neighbor's door and I just watched how he very kindly interacted with my neighbor. After dealing with them, Jaxon knocked on our door and informed us that we had a discontinued shingle and that we also had visible damage. He politely asked if he could get on our roof and do an in-depth inspection. He showed us many pictures and even a video that he had taken. I was very impressed. As a side note, I have never heard an employee speak so well of their company and manager Jaxon did. I could easily tell he loved his job and that made me feel like I would definitely be in safe hands. Anyways, he explained how that his job was to advocate properties for homeowners and help get insurance to pay for necessary work. We have not yet filed a claim because I've been waiting for my wife to get home from out of country work, but we will be filing a claim this week hopefully. But, what REALLY made me choose Cochran Exteriors and be really impressed with Jaxon was when my 7 year old child, who has downs syndrome, came into the room and was being quite distracting.
