We had a VERY good experience with Cochran, namely Will. After all the hail I wanted to get the roof checked and we also had some areas where the gutters just weren’t working like they should have been. Will was the epitome of professional (wore a mask the whole time, made sure to stay 6 ft) and listened to all my concerns. While the roof was fine, he was able to explain and suggest a good solution for the gutter issues and even did a nice little gutter cleaning for us! So glad we called!

Very pleased with Blaine. He was very thorough, professional, and on time! He also showed up with a smile on his face!!! He even patiently listened to all my ideas on changing the colors of my gutters. He didn't rush me at all while I pointed out the areas of my concern and listened to me intently the entire time without looking at the time! At the end, he took the time to go over what work I needed done and even offered some insight into other areas of my house. He wasn’t pushy at all which is rare and very much appreciated. I highly recommend him.

Very please with how Dustin carefully went over what work I needed done and even offered some insight into other areas of my house. He wasn’t pushing additional repairs, but offering additional advice on other points I should keep any eye on and general suggestions.

Needed a quick quote on a wind damaged roof. Dustin came out and really looked it over. He was right on time and delivered the quote in a short timeframe. Nice job Dustin!
Hail Damaged Roof Replacement
My experience with Cochran Exteriors was most satisfactory. My rep was extremely helpful in managing the paperwork and scheduling. The workers were prompt respectful and skilled. The cleanup could not have been better!
