I just want to say that Jamie, Rodo & their crew were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and awesome to work with!!! I had my house resided and couldn't be happier with the way the crew showed up every single day no matter the weather, and went the extra mile to make sure every little detail was done properly. Our siding was 42 years old and the house looked dated and worn out. I feel like I have a brand new house. They put in insulation where it was needed, they were neat & tidy, when they saw something that wasn't right after pulling off the old siding, they just took care of the problem the correct way. I can't say enough good things about how this whole project was presented and then delivered. Thank you guys!!!! Can't wait to get the new garage door and repaint now!!! :)

I had a hail damaged roof replaced by insurance company, however I wanted to do some additional repairs (facial boards, gutters and new trim around a large 2nd story window). Duke worked with me to detail out the project costs and included a timeline/order these would be done in the quote, which carried over to the production team. All different teams were very skilled in their craft and execute efficiently while giving me quality. I was thrilled with the end results, thank you Cochran Team!

Duke was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He answered my questions. I received my detailed estimate even earlier than promised.
Honest
Hail storm had loosened a piece of siding near the roof. Duke found it and nailed it back in place. Suggested a wait and see attitude if this solves the problem. Duke was honest and up front which is greatly appreciated.
