Clay worked with us to get a great new look for siding replacement on our house! Clay was able to work within our budget and made some cost cutting proposals that kept alignment with Cochran's high quality standards. Sarah kept the project moving and finished ahead of schedule! Rodo and his team were professional and quick to complete the siding. I appreciated the walk through at both the beginning and the end of the project! All issues were addressed in a timely and professional manor! Edgar and his crew were also top notch and many neighbors have complimented the final appearance! My wife and I are so impressed with the work done by Cochran Exteriors! Also, the financing offered by Cochran helped to make the project an easy decision. Now that the dust has settled and all fine print is read, we have no buyers remorse! We will look forward to working with Cochran again when our roof needs to be replaced!

I just want to say that Jamie, Rodo & their crew were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and awesome to work with!!! I had my house resided and couldn't be happier with the way the crew showed up every single day no matter the weather, and went the extra mile to make sure every little detail was done properly. Our siding was 42 years old and the house looked dated and worn out. I feel like I have a brand new house. They put in insulation where it was needed, they were neat & tidy, when they saw something that wasn't right after pulling off the old siding, they just took care of the problem the correct way. I can't say enough good things about how this whole project was presented and then delivered. Thank you guys!!!! Can't wait to get the new garage door and repaint now!!! :)

A great company who knows what they are doing. I had a hail damaged roof replaced by insurance company, however I wanted to do some additional repairs (facial boards, gutters and new trim around a large 2nd story window). Duke worked with me to detail out the project costs and included a timeline/order these would be done in the quote, which carried over to the production team. All different teams were very skilled in their craft and execute efficiently while giving me quality. I was thrilled with the end results, thank you Cochran Team!
