I was in a pinch with this inspection, Griffin Chase was very responsive and went out of his way to solve this issue. This is the 2nd time Cochran has saved me, there’s no other roofing company I would use.

Cochran did an outstanding job, competitive price, and you couldn't tell that they had been there when they were finished. New roof, new windows, gutters. Outstanding service! I highly recommend.

I was helped by well-educated worker for you guys named Nathan he did a wonderful job in guiding me to my house problems and give him a cost sufficient ways to prepare or have you guys prepared for me, it was a good choice in doing this seeing this is probably going to be a rental property or either just sold back to the bank... I would suggest this process to anyone want to do repairs on their homes or rental properties.
