Started early tearing off the old shingles and by nightfall they were finishing up. They moved the outdoor furniture so nothing fell on it and put it back when done. Things were cleaned up real good. I'm an amateur radio operator so there were many antennas they had to work around and even had to relocate for me. The fella that came the next day inspected everything and found that the relocated antenna mount where they removed it from had some holes in the shingles which he promptly replaced.

Work was done as ordered. Any changes were communicated and handled quickly. Trim, gutters and soffit look solid.

Not noted any problems with material or workmanship to date. Looks like a brand new house. Only possible complaint might be more than a few extra nails lying around this time, but no big deal. Very happy. Would use them again.

They dealt with my insurance company so I wouldn't have to! I also received money back from Cochran Exteriors in the end! What company gives the customer money back instead of putting it in their pocket? I would use them again and refer them any day.

I am so impressed with Cochran Exteriors! Duke was the rep who came out today and he was prompt, knowledgable, helpful, and very professional! I will be keeping Cochran Exteriors in my contact list for all of my future siding, gutter, and roofing needs!

So far so good! Duke came out today (on time) and was able to track down a leak that has been boggling the minds of all who have encountered it. Looking forward to working with a company that offers knowledgeable and experienced employees. Seems like a real swell guy.

On August 5th, 2015 we had a hail storm go thru our small community. The damage was severe. We had Cochran handle the repairs. The crews and the supervisor did a magnificent job of repairing the damage. The neighbors used different companies and they were not happy in the results and in some cases have had to hire legal help to resolve on going issues. Cochran did what they said they would, when the said they would.
