He was punctual, communicated well, explained that the roof was still in fairly good shape and there wasn’t current hail damage. We will be using Cochran Exteriors in the future when we need to replace the roof.

Really enjoyed working with Andrew and Cochran. Very professional, experience from start to finish was 5 stars all day.

I was extremely pleased with Francisco the supervisor of the project. They did an excellent job installing my new Hardie siding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also very efficient and cleaned up the mess very quickly when they were finished.

He was very personable and explained what I did and did not need and he even knocked off some of the tree branches that were on the roof for me. He went above and beyond of what I would have expected. I will definitely use him in the future when we decide to replace our siding.

I had hail damage, roof on house and garage, siding and gutters. Cochran came in and got the job done in record time. They were very professional and addressed every concern I had, and even came back a couple weeks later to address a shingle that hadn't laid right. Come to find out it was nothing and the project manager Rich fixed it and everything was find and has been fine since. I recommend this company to everyone I talk to.
