We contacted Cochran Exteriors to have a roof built over our small front stoop in front of our front door. They replied promptly and presented several options and estimates for the project. We opted for a shed roof which they completed within the desired budget and time frame. They did an exceptional job, including clean-up. Several neighbors have similar front stoops and were impressed with the finished project, which looks even better than we had hoped to accomplish. My biggest satisfaction comes from people who think the new roof has always been there as part of the original construction.

Duke was great. He explained all issues thoroughly and wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and treated the inspection as if it were his own house. I've always had a positive experience with Cochran.

Cochran Exteriors was a great company to work with. Buying a new roof can be a scary thing. I had no idea who to call or who to trust. There was an option to text them, so I did because I didn't want to have to talk to a pushy salesman LOL. John David Morgan was wonderful. I texted him several times with questions and he even came when the insurance adjuster came. He had our back the whole time. Our new roof is beautiful! It makes the whole house look better! I would definitely recommend Cochran to anyone that needs a new roof.

We had a complete Hardie board siding job done on the house. Great looking job done extremely well. Cochran is not where you go to get a bargain; but, you get quality. Our sales rep., Jamie, could not have done a better job. He was responsive throughout the process. And...it WAS a process. There were a couple of issues that needed attention and he attended to those issues in a timely fashion. We love the product and the guarantee. We would certainly use Cochran again...but we won't have to with the Hardie siding.

We couldn't be happier with the services they provided!! They told us it would take about 2 weeks to complete the job and in only took them about 1 week! We were very pleased!

Throughout the process, Cochran was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Mike worked with us throughout the process and was willing to meet me near my office to discuss options and eventually work through the "paperwork". It is all electronic, so it was a breeze. The work was completed on time and as scheduled, despite our high pitched roof! Definitely recommend them.
