I was in a pinch with correcting my siding for a re inspection, our initial company bailed on us last second. Within a day Cochran was able to bring out a technician to evaluate our problems. JohnDavid was very knowledgeable and went through the entire inspection report to address every issue. He explained everything in detail so I understood it, and made sure everything was addressed before re inspection. I'm not sure we would have passed our inspection without Cochran's quick response and JohnDavid's expertise, lets just say I know who I'm going to for any siding issues moving forward.

He actually was able to come out early to give the estimate. He was quick and thorough explanation of what would be done, what he would needto order etc. He was professional and friendly. He was on time the scheduled day of work to be completed. The price was reasonable. If this one repair job was a representation of the service and work ethic of Cochran exteriors I would highly recommend them for large or small jobs. I will definitely be using them again.

Great Response Time and Efficient Gutter Repair
