Todd Short was the guy we worked with and he was EXCELLENT! He was very thorough and helped us understand the entire process. The workers showed up bright and early and finished by early afternoon. They cleaned up the debris and nails especially well. This was important to me since I have three young children and two dogs. I spoke with several different people in the office and they were all very kind and helpful. You can’t go wrong if you decide to have them replace your roof! Our new roof and gutters look great and we’ve had no issues! Highly recommend.

Took almost two years for my insurance company to figure out what the necessary repairs were on my house as a result of storm damage. Jimmy walked me through every step of the process and told me what to expect and gave sound advice. Many people probably would have turned to the next job but Jimmy really showed he cared and stuck with the job to the end. Thanks

I walked in to the Cochran Exteriors showroom building without an appointment. I was immediately greeted and Josh/Sales was happy to help me. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood the contract, fully explained differences in roofing/gutter choices, was very patient in helping me choose the products, and made sure I was satisfied with all my question answered. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
