They have replaced 4 roofs on my block and everyone one is totally satisfied.

They replaced all of our siding and gutters. The communication with the project supervisor and the crew was phenomenal. The project manager made sure nothing was missed and came back and found something we didn't. Had it fixed by the next day.

Overall Cochran did a nice job. A few things didn’t go as planned, but they made it right and ensured we were happy. Very responsive to emails, texts and calls. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

We recently had our roof replaced with Cochran Exteriors and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. They used high quality materials and explained everything very well. They initially said they were about 3 weeks away from being able to do the job, but they were able to start after only 102 weeks. They started the job on time, at 7:45 am, and finished before 1pm the same day! The cost was competitive with other and the financing options were easy and affordable. I would highly recommend Cochran!
