So far, only got an estimate for siding blown off by winds, but it was very detailed which should help with our insurance company. Very friendly, kept me advised of when he would get here. Estimate was $500 less than our first estimate. Had the detailed estimate by email before he drove away. Followup: They did the work on time and it's very solid, stands up to strong winds. It looks great. Although our original color is no longer made, Cochran matched it closely and you can't tell a difference, even if you know what was replaced. It was a whole side, so don't expect a perfect match if you replace less. Everything was cleaned up completely. I haven't even found a nail in the grass.

I sell Real Estate and I had a seller who needed a roof inspection because the buyers home inspector said there looked like there was a lot of wear on the roof and needed to be looked at by a qualified contractor. The home and roof were only 5 years old so the seller was surprised. I called another roofing company to come out and look at the roof, but they said they couldn’t get there for a couple of weeks. I had seen a lot of positive reviews on Next Door for Cochran Exteriors so I decided to called them. I called them and boy am I glad we did. I called them on a Monday and they were at my seller’s home by Wed. Dustin was wonderful. He came out promptly. He inspected the roof and told us the roof was fine and didn’t need any repairs. He was honest and didn’t try to sell us anything. He was professional, friendly and spent time explaining things to the seller. He even shared some important information about his siding. Dustin went far above what I expected and I will be referring Cochran Exteriors to all my clients, friends and family. Thank you Dustin!!
