We recently had new siding put on our entire house and selected Cochran as the company to complete the work. We worked with Jamie initially who came to our home, explained different siding options to us, talked us through the whole process and created multiple quotes. Jamie was very responsive to all the questions we had and I never felt like he was trying to push us to use Cochran for our siding project. Jamie was able to get us a great deal and Cochran’s pricing was thousands cheaper than their competition! The work itself was completed during the amount of time we were told it would take. The site manager, Rodo, was responsive and helpful when we expressed any concerns. The crew was nice and picked up reasonably well at the end of each day. The siding, now complete, looks incredible and Cochran did everything we asked of them. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend Cochran for siding your house!

Efficient Roof and Skylight Replacement with Great Documentation
Cochran came out, inspected my roof, documented my hail damage with photos, and showed up when my insurance guy showed up to answer any questions and after approval. I hired them to replace my roof and skylights. Their crew came out and did an excellent job.

If you need things handled, ask for Mark Barker. He took great care of us. He came out and talked through colors with us for our roof and our gutters. Even though I got text updates from Cochran's crew managers, Mark went out of his way to keep me in the loop. After the job was done we had a loose shingle I didn't notice. I got a text from Mark to let me know there was an issue and that a work order had been put in to get it taken care of. Great service by Cochran and great communication from Mark. Hit him up. He will handle all your roofing needs.
